Abstract

For the organization of human society and comprehensive legislation, Islamic law, on the one hand, binds criminals to good principles for the prevention of crime in society, and on the other guides the scholars and saints for morality, worship and self-purification. They are busy day and night for the sake of Allah and interpret and spread the message of Allah to His servents all over the world according to the conditions and events of the world and establish a relationship with their Lord. As a result of the efforts and hard work of these religious scholars, a pure group and a better society can be formed. This is the real success of Islamic law. Secular laws can temporarily ban crimes, but these sins cannot be eradicated.
